QuickFile for Outlook files your emails,
fast and easy. And you can find them again later, fast and easy.
QuickFile adds the following toolbar in your Outlook:
How to File Received Emails out of your Inbox to the correct
folder:
You may be able to file 90% of your emails using the One-Click
button on the toolbar. Select the email you wish to file. This
One-Click button will display the last place you filed a similar
email.
If you wish to use the same folder, simply click on the button and
your email is filed away.
Otherwise click the QuickFile button to display the QuickFile
screen.
The list will display the folders where you normally file emails
from that particular person.
Select the folder where you want to file the email and then click
Move. The email(s) will be filed away in the selected folder.
How to Send & File an email in One Step:
Compose the email as you normally would and click Send.
Outlook will prompt you for a folder to file to.
Click Send Only if you don’t need to file the email or..
Select a folder from the list and click Send&File.
How to Retrieve an email by quickly jumping to a folder:
Click 'Find & Goto Folder' button on QuickFile Toolbar
