	It was easy to forget to file Sent Emails. Inbox emails always get filed because many of us use our Inboxes like To Do lists... we move things out of the list as they are done. The Sent Items folder is another matter. Because it's not quite as in-your-face as the Inbox, it is easy to forget about our sent emails... which results in INCOMPLETE EMAIL RECORDS.
	Finding the right folder by navigating through folder trees took too much time Hunting through folder trees was frustrating and time consuming. Once you have many folders (with several levels), it takes a lot of time and effort to find the correct folder… both for filing emails and for retrieving emails.
	It was very easy to drag-and-drop emails to the WRONG FOLDERS (which was worse than not filing at all) Once you have many folders, it is very easy to accidentally use the wrong folder. This is particularly true if you have folders with similar names.
