Recently Used Folders QuickFile remembers the last 10 folders used for filing. It displays these folders as a new Tree branch on the Quick-File, Send&File and on Find & Goto Folder screens.
One Click Filing - File a high percentage of your emails with just one click A new button has been added to the QuickFile toolbar (next to the QuickFile button). This button will display the last folder used for the particular contact. Clicking this button will automatically move the email to the folder.
File Original Email with Reply (also works for Forwards and Reply-to-Alls) When you reply to an email, you can use QuickFile to file both the outgoing reply and the original email at the same time.
Windows Scroll Wheel now functional on QuickFile screen You can now use the scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll up and down on the list on the QuickFile and Send&File screen.
Simplified and Nicer User Interface (QuickFile and Send&File screens) The main QuickFile screens now have a much cleaner look to it. Folders are also presented using a tree view.
Simplified Toolbar Users had complained that the QuickFile toolbar had buttons that they never used. It is now possible to turn individual toolbar buttons on and off from the Settings screen.
Send&File screen automatically displayed anytime Send is clicked Several users requested that the Send&File screen be displayed automatically whenever the Send button is clicked (instead of displaying a message first). This has now been implemented. There is a Send-Only button added to the screen (see next feature)
Send-Only and Send & Delete on Send&File screens When you click Send&File, the Send&File screen now has 3 buttons... Send & File, Send Only and Send & Delete. Click Send Only if you decide to send the email without filing anywhere. Click Send & Delete to send the email and then delete the sent email from your Sent Items folder.
Additional Features added for users of NetDocuments For NetDocuments (Document Management System) users, QuickFile has some extra features for you. These features can be turned on from the settings screen.
Quick-Task Quickly create a Task for the selected email.
Quick-Appointment Quickly create an appointment for the selected email.
Check for Updates Checks online for QuickFile update and inform the user
Contact Support Compose an email to be sent to QuickFile support team.
