Even after deploying Outlook add-ons that interface with NetDocuments, many organisations find that users do not file emails into NetDocuments.
The reason for this is that these addons (such as EMS Folders and MailSync for NetDocuments) often require users to file emails into Outlook folders that then are synced over to NetDocuments.
The problem is that emails aren’t always filed to the correct Outlook folders in the first place. This is particularly true for outgoing emails, that are often left in the Sent Items folder, instead of being moved or copied to the correct case/project folders.
In this paper, we address why users are resistant to filing emails, and how QuickFile for Outlook solves this problem, for both the users and the organizations that they work for.
