Outlook Bitness Check

The following are steps to install MSI with correct bitness:

  • Open Outlook
  • Go to File tab in Outlook
  • Go to Office Account
  • Locate "About Outlook" Button
    About Outlook Button
  • The following screen will open:
    Bitness Check for Outlook
  • Note the Outlook bitness.
  • Close Outlook and install correct MSI based on the bitness of your Outlook.

Note: Please uninstall incorrect version of MSI before installing correct version.
