All the features of EmailMerge are available in its toolbar/ribbon. You can find the EmailMerge toolbar/ribbon in 2 ways:
1. Primary EmailMerge toolbar/ribbon located in the Main Outlook Window
2. Secondary EmailMerge toolbar/ribbon can be found in a New Composed Email's Screen
The main EmailMerge Toolbar/Ribbon can be found on the Outlook main view as shown above.
When you click on the little arrow beside/below the EmailMerge Toolbar/Ribbon, the following menu will appear:

1. Start Email Merge Wizard– This will start the Email Merge Wizard which will guide you through the email merge process.
2. Do Not Send List- The Do Not Send list allows you to maintain a list of email addresses to which Email Merge will NEVER send emails (even if they are in your mailing list)
3. Template Manager- Allows you to maintain a list of pre-set (structured) emails which can be used to save unnecessary time wasted in creating the same email each time you do an Email Merge to your Subscribers or Mailing list.
