Instead of sending out emails directly, EmailMerge can create personalized emails and then save them to the Drafts folder. You can then:

1. Check all or selected emails to ensure that the personalized emails are to your expectations
2. Modify any of the emails with additional information.
3. Finally, you can select all the emails you want to send from the Drafts folder and have EmailMerge send them out for you in one step (you do not need to send them out one at a time)

Here’s how you can save your merged emails to the Drafts folder, view/edit each email or selected emails individually and send them out once you are ready.

1. On the last step of the wizard "Create and Send Emails"




2. Select "Save in Drafts" as shown above


3. Click Finish


4. EmailMerge will move all merged emails to your Drafts folder as shown below




5. Open any merged email(s), view/edit the email(s) and save the changes (if any).


6. When you are ready, select the email(s) and click on the Send button on the Email Merge toolbar/Ribbon. The application will open the following screen:




7. You can select the appropriate account you would like to send this email from and also choose the folder to which the sent emails should be saved (If you want to save it to a folder other than the Sent Items folder).


8. Click Send
