This feature allows you Add, Remove and Edit tag(s) on selected email(s).
To access the Bulk Edit Tags screen:
- On EmailTags ribbon > Click 'More' > Bulk Edit Tags
- The Bulk Edit Tags screen will open with seprate options for Add, Remove and Edit.
| Options | Description |
| Add | Adds tag(s) to the selected email(s).
- Enter name of the tag to add in the Tag(s) text field. - Press the Start button. |
| Remove | Removes existing tag(s) from the selected email(s).
- Enter name of the tag to remove in the Tag(s) text field. - Press the Start button. |
| Rename | Rename existing tag(s) on selected email(s).
- Enter name of the tag to rename in the Tag(s) text field. - Enter the name you want to rename the tag to in the " Rename to" textbox. - Press the Start button. |
Note:
You can Add, Remove, and Edit multiple tags simply by typing
tags seperated with comma.
Typing in the "Tag(s)" field will suggest existing tags.
Other tags on selected emails will be left unchanged.
