Using Quick Search from Ribbon
To help you find emails quicker, EmailTags remembers the tags which you use most often or have used recently. To find emails with one of the recently used tags:
- Go to EmailTags Ribbon

Click on the little arrow beside the Search button
- Cick on one of the suggested tags
- EmailTags will now search all the folders in Outlook for emails with the searched tag.
Using Single Tags Search
- On the EmailTags ribbon, click Search.
- EmailTags will display the following screen:
- Enter the tag you wish to use to search for the email. EmailTags will provide you suggestions matching what you type in the search box.
- Select the tag you wish to search for by clicking on it.
- Select where you want to search for the email:
- All Folders - EmailTags will search all folders in Outlook for email with the Tag you entered
- Current Folder - EmailTags searches only the folder you are currently in
- Click Search button to perform Search.
Using Multple Tags Search Screen
- On the EmailTags ribbon, click Search.
- EmailTags will display Single Search Screen.
- Click Multi-Tag Search button at the bottom left of
the screen and the following will be displayed:
- Enter the tag(s) you wish to use to search for the email. EmailTags will provide you suggestions matching what you type in the search box.
- Alternatively you can select tags from the Recently used Tags or All Tags list to find emails with the selected tags.
- Select where you want to search for the email:
- All Folders - EmailTags will search all folders in Outlook for email with the Tag you entered
- Current Folder - EmailTags searches only the folder you are currently in
- Select how you want Multiple tags to be searched:
- AND - All tags must be in the email to appear as a search result.
- OR - At least one of the tags must be in the email to appear as a search result.
- Click Search button to perform Search.
