This feature allows you to Import/Export your tags.

To access the Import/Export feature:

• On EmailTags ribbon > Click More > Tags/Buckets Maintainance


• The Tags/Buckets Maintainance screen will open.


• Click on the Export/Import button.

Export Tags

Steps to Export:

1. Select the Folder in which you want the “Tags.txt” file to be created.




2. Click on Export.


3. A message will be displayed whether export was successful or not.


4. If successful, a file with the name “Tags.txt” will be created in the selected folder and it will contain the list of all tags.

Import Tags

Steps to Import:

1. Select the Folder which contains the “Tags.txt” file (It will only look for the file with the name Tags.txt, if the name is modified then it will not be located by EmailTags).


2. Click on Import.


3. A raw preview of the tags in the file will be displayed (Here you can view all the tags that will be imported).




4. Click on Import.


5. A message will be displayed whether import was successful or not.

Note:
Do NOT edit the Tags.txt file.
Duplicate tags in the Tags.txt file will not replace tags while importing (If the tag already exist, it will just be ignored).
Only tags are imported (No Suggestions).
