Learn how to Batch File emails in Outlook Folders using QuickFile.

Go to the Batch Filing/Processing Screen

On the MS Outlook ribbon go to the following location Home > QuickFile > More > Batch Filing

This will open the Batch processing screen

The screen by default loads the Unfiled Emails and has 3 different color codes to separate the emails.

Each color has different meanings for the color code of different rows

Green

Green means that QuickFile is sure about the folder recommendation that it has given for the email to be filed. This is why this is ticked by default.

Black

Black means that QuickFile is not fully certain about the folder recommendation that it has given for the email to be filed. By default is unticked.

Red

Red means that QuickFile does not know which folder the email should go into, that is why no recommendation is given. Unticked by default.

You can filter the emails based on two options [Both can be used together]:

  1. Read/Unread and Filed/Unfiled
  2. Date
