QuickFile for Outlook files your emails, fast and easy. And you can find them again later, fast and easy. QuickFile adds the following group in your Outlook:

How to File Received Emails out of your Inbox to the correct folder:

You may be able to file 90% of your emails using the One-Click button on the ribbon. Select the email you wish to file, QuickFile will recommend a list of folders where you may file the email.

Click the recommended folder on the Ribbon or click on the drop-down to select a different folder (A) and your email is filed away. Otherwise click on 'QuickFile...' button (B) to display the QuickFile screen: 

The list of recomenneded folders followed by full folders list will be displayed.
You can type part of the folder name in the search box to search for your filing folder or select the folder from the list and click QuickFile. The email(s) will be filed away in the selected folder.

How to File Outgoing Emails into the correct folder:

Compose the email as you normally would and click Send. QuickFile will prompt you with the following screen:

Click Send Only if you don’t need to file the email or... Select a folder from the list and click Send&File.

How to Retrieve an email by quickly jumping to a folder:

Click 'Find & Goto Folder' button on QuickFile ribbon/toolbar to display the following screen:

Pro Version) Batch Filing Screen (which you can use to process emails sent from Smart Phones)

The new Batch Filing screen in QuickFile PRO allows you to file multiple emails from one place. You can use this from your Sent Items folder (useful if your Sent emails sync between your phone and your computer… Office 365 users) or from your Inbox if you BCC yourself from your phone (POP3 email accounts)
