To access the QuickFile lock screen:
- Click 'More Actions' < Settings on the QuickFile Ribbon to display the Settings screen.
- Either Press Alt+L on the keyboard or Go to Advance tab and click on
'Administrator Settings' button to display the Admin settings screen.
- Make changes as required. You can refer to the table below a more detailed description.
- Click OK to save your settings.
| Options | Description |
| Hide ‘Check for Updates’ option from the Ribbon | If this option is checked, user will not be able to Check for Updates, as this option will not show on Ribbon dropdown. |
| Disable Settings Screen | If this option is checked, user will not be able to make any changes to the settings in Settings Screen. |
| Disable ‘Activate/Deactivate’ button on About QuickFile screen and Ribbon | Checking this option will disable Activate/Deactivate button on About Screen and do not show option to register QuickFile from Ribbon. |
| Password | This field needs to have a combination of numbers and letters with at least 6 characters. This password will be required to open Lock Screen. |
| Export Settings – Reg File | Clicking this button will allow you to save QuickFile Registry in a .reg file at chosen location. |
