It is TOO EASY to send emails with the wrong account?

Many of us have to juggle several personal and business e-mail accounts. It’s the reality of today’s e-mail culture.

But this can present big problems for Outlook users. Why?

Because Outlook only has one default “sender” account — an account it automatically uses regardless of whom you’re e-mailing. If you want to use a non-default account, you have to remember to change it every time you send an e-mail.

That’s easy to do — but even easier to forget.
