Delay Guard for Outlook is no longer available as a separate product. It is available as a component of our Outlook email security addon, Send Guard for Outlook.

Delay Guard lets you change your mind
even after you have clicked Send

Delay Guard will keep emails in your Outbox for a preset time before it is actually sent out.

This gives you a cooling off period after you have clicked Send in which you can change your mind and Cancel the send.

Delay Guard can be configured to give you the level of protection you want:

• Delay all emails
• Delay emails to certain domains or email addresses
• Delay only emails outside your company’s domain etc

Designed to Avoid Prompt Fatigue

We have designed Delay Guard so that you don’t have to click on the Delay dialog every time. Instead Delay Guard can be configured so that all emails are automatically delayed… but you can still send urgent emails immediately (without delaying) when you need to.

All you need to do is tick the Send Now checkbox that Delay Guard adds to Outlook before you click Send… or right-click over the email in your Outbox and click Send Now.
