All the SendConfirm, ReplyGaurd and SendGuard prompts can be customized with your logo and link to your email policies. You can even customize the wordings on many of the prompts based on your corporate guidelines and policies.

Setting Logo

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on the Standss Outlook Addins tab on the ribbon.
3. Click on SendGuard and then click Settings to open the Settings screen.
4. Click on the Corporate Branding/Policies tab.




5. Tick "Display organisation logo on prompts" checkbox on the screen and click the helper button […] to select a location for the logo. Make sure logo is 180 x 15 pixels.
6. Click OK or Apply to save the settings.

Setting Link for Corporate Policies and Customizing Prompt Messages

Corporate Policies

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on the Standss Outlook Addins tab on the ribbon.
3. Click on SendGuard and then click Settings to open the Settings screen.
4. Click on the Corporate Branding/Policies tab.
   
5. Click on "Click Here for Corporate Policy Links" link to display the following screen.




6. Set the approriate text for Display Text.
7. Add link to company email policies in the URL texbox.
8. You may want to add for (SendConfirm Simple and Reply Guard) as well.
9. Click OK to return to the Settings screen and then click Apply to save.

Customizing Prompt Messages

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on the Standss Outlook Add-ins tab on the ribbon.
3. Click on SendGuard and then click Settings to open the Settings screen.
4. Click on the Corporate Branding/Policies tab.
5. Click on "Click Here to Customize Messages link to display the following screen.




6. Note:To use this, select Custom Messages instead of Default Messages as your display option from the SendGuard settings screen -> Corporate Branding/Policies tab.
7. Set the words of prompts as preferred.
8. Click OK to return to the Settings screen

10. Click Apply to save.

Once you have finished customization, you can click Export Setting to create a reg file for deployment to other computers.
