The SendConfirm prompt can be configured to behave differently depending on your preference for productivity and security. This can be controlled from the Type of Prompt dropdown as shown in the screen below.
All boxes pre-ticked - Tick one or more to send (Productivity)
The prompt displays all the recipients and attachments of the email to user. Initially, all will be ticked. The user can review, unselect certain recipients and attachments, rename attachments, and view attachments.
No boxes pre-ticked - Tick ALL to send (Security)
The prompt displays all the recipients and attachments unchecked. The user needs to tick ALL recipients and attachments before the email can be sent out. If users wants to change recipients or attachment, they have to click No to go back to email and manually make changes.
Internal Recipients pre-ticked - Tick ALL to send (Security)
The prompt displays all the recipients and attachments. The internal recipients will be pre-ticked however, external recipients and all attachments will be unticked. The user needs to tick ALL recipients and attachments before the email can be sent out. If users wants to change recipients or attachment, they have to click No to go back to email and manually make changes.
Show External Recipients only - Tick ALL to send (Security)
The prompt displays all the external recipients and attachments only. The internal recipients will be hidden. The user needs to tick ALL external recipients and attachments before the email can be sent out. If users wants to change recipients or attachment, they have to click No to go back to email and manually make changes.
No Boxes pre-ticked - Tick ALL to send (No Change Allowed)
The prompt displays all the recipients and attachments unchecked. The user needs to tick ALL recipients and attachments before the email can be sent out. Users can not change the recipient type from the prompt example from To field to CC. If users want to change recipients or attachment, they have to click No to go back to email and manually make changes
No boxes pre-ticked - Tick one or more to send
The prompt displays all the recipients and attachments unchecked. The user needs to review and select (tick) recipients and attachments themselves before sending the email.
Simple Prompt (Yes/No):
The prompt displays all the recipients on the email with external domains highlighted in red. This prompt does not show attachments.
