Description

Our team has created solutions (Windows Desktop and SaaS) that are used by large multi-national law and financial firms around the world.
We are looking for both experienced and new (graduate) programmers to join us on our journey to becoming a true global software company.
You will be working with a tight-knit team, using a combination of the latest Microsoft (technologies Azure, Devops, M365, C#, VB.Net) and/or Web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, MVC).

Customer Support Officer
Description
We are looking for Customer focused, highly motivated, flexible, resilient and result-focused Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The Customer Support Officer will be mainly responsible for providing user support to our clients using PayMaker in Fiji and Outlook add-ins around the world. Onsite training will be provided to the successful candidate. The following are the detailed skills required for this job.
Key Requirements
- Manage Payroll Help Desk daily and make sure issues are attended to and resolved in the most efficient manner within the least turnaround time.
- Customer Support for Microsoft Outlook- Based Add-ins to our clients based internationally.
- Advance level of proficiency with MS Office products, mainly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability and interest to develop great relationships with our clients and customers.
- Confidence in using computers & learning new programs/applications.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in providing User/Customer Support in IT field would be useful.
- Qualification in Information systems, management studies, sales or marketing would be desirable.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Some knowledge of accounting required (sound knowledge of payroll and finance functions and practice would be advantageous).

Senior Sales & IT Support Officer [Closing date: February 2nd , 2023]
Description
Standss is a Microsoft Certified Application Development and Co-Sell Partner. We are a leading payroll solutions provider in Fiji and a recognized software as a service (SaaS) provider for Microsoft Office (MS Outlook).
We are looking for a Senior Sales & IT Support Officer to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Senior Sales & IT Support Officer’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The role requires the ideal candidate to deliver efficient customer service with the aim of serving our customers better in an increasingly market driven environment Additionally, you will play an important role in the configuration and installation of software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide Customer Support for Microsoft Outlook-Based Add-ins to clients globally.
- Answer all incoming calls with the aim of resolving customer queries on first contact to ensure win/win situation for our customers and Standss.
- Manage the Payroll Help Desk daily, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or related field is advantageous.
- Good written and spoken English to deal with offshore clients.
- Qualifications in Business/Sales/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Be technology and business savvy and have a passion for results.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate high proficiency with MS Office products, especially MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Background knowledge of software installation is an added advantage.
- Some knowledge of accounting/ payroll would be advantageous.
